These terms are an agreement between your business and Alex Chen, a sole proprietor doing business as Chen Media Labs ("Chen Media Labs", "we"). By starting a setup or using the service, you agree to them.
We build an AI system for your business (for example, answering and following up with customer requests), connect it to your accounts with your permission, and keep it running.
The build costs nothing. After it goes live, you get 14 days free. If you cancel during those 14 days, you pay nothing.
After the trial, the service is $200 per month per automation unless we agree otherwise in writing, billed monthly by Stripe to the card you add at go-live. The $200 plan covers one automation for one business: up to about 500 runs a month (for example, 500 customer requests answered), connections to up to 3 of your tools, up to 3 small changes and one bigger change a month. For an AI phone line, the plan includes 300 call minutes a month; extra minutes are $0.25 each, billed with the next month. A small change is a wording, timing or settings tweak to the existing automation; anything new is a bigger change or a new automation. Additional automations, heavy usage (such as all-day chat or daily data collection) or custom work cost extra; we always quote it and get your OK first. We alert you at 80% of your monthly limit. Prices for existing clients only change with 30 days' notice. Early-bird clients (our first 10) keep $200/mo for one automation for as long as they stay subscribed.
Cancel anytime online in one click. Service stops at the end of the period you've paid for. No long-term contract.
You own your data and your customers' data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we never sell it.
We own the workflows, prompts, templates and code we create to run the service. You get the right to use the service while you're subscribed. Buying a full copy of a system is possible as a separate agreement.
You confirm you have the right to connect the accounts you connect and to contact the customers the service contacts. You're responsible for following the rules of your industry (for example, the AI will not quote prices, bind coverage or give professional advice, and you shouldn't ask it to). Don't use the service for spam, unlawful messages, or calling or texting people without their consent.
We test every system before it goes live and watch it daily, but AI can make mistakes. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of specific business results.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice. We may pause the service if payment fails for 7 days or if it's being misused.
